No Solution Found to SC Problems Yet, Says Justice Chelameswar
“There is nothing to be settled because it is not a dispute,” senior Supreme Court judge Justice J Chelamaswar told BloombergQuint in an exclusive interview, referring to the rift in India’s top court that prompted four senior judges to call an unprecedented press conference on January 12.
Earlier in the day, Chief Justice of India Dipak Misra met the four judges who had publicly questioned him for what they called selectively assigning matters of national importance to judges.
“It is a problem and the solution needs to be found. And nothing has been found so far,” Justice Chelameswar said.

Comment:- Most of these peoples know the Matter, but they don't want to come to the point, because of their vested interests. The matter relates to Constitution, which came in light, near about one year ago, when the matter of Judges appointment came to light.    The Law-makers have controled the power of President, Election Commission, Reserve Bank of India, Most of the Media and Administration. (The remaining are Fighting for Life like Gouri Lankesh And some Sincere Administraters)
Now it's the turn of Judiciary, which the Govt. is trying to Controle. The Learned Judges are trying to save the Constitution. (I am amazed to see, How the sole of these Judges are still alive in a Country like INDIA)
    The clear matter is that,
If Govt. wins, the Constitution is Finished.
If Judiciary Wins, The Constitution and India is saved, But the Plans of B.J.P. and R.S.S. fails to make India a Hindu Country.
The B.C.I. chairman Manan Kumar Mishra is a Mediator of Gov.  It was clear when without trying to solve the problem, he suggested to hand-over the Matter to the PRESIDENT. Who doesn't Know that the President is the Rubber-Stamp of Govt. ?
It is for the Intellectuals to try to Save the Country along with the Constitution.    Otherwise ? ? ?
