We Won !!!

We are Very Happy to announce that the People of Delhi have Won. It's a Big Win for Democracy and the Constitution of India.
Supreme court has passed the verdict that the LG is bound by the aid and advice of the Council of Ministers. Delhi cabinet does not need concurrence of LG on its decisions. LG should not act in a mechanical manner to refer every order of the Govt to the President but only exceptional ones.
It's a big day for all of us. We all have struggled a lot and it's a hard earned success.
Let us send our best wishes to Arvind Kejriwal, Manish Sisodia, all AAP Ministers & MLAs, and the volunteers who have struggled on ground all this time.
