CHANDIGARH, Punjab—This historic document, named as the White Paper on Sacrilege of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji, has been penned by the renowned Sikh intellectual Sardar Gurtej Singh IAS and Journalist Jaspal Singh Sidhu. The hard version of this document was released in the Panthik assembly held in Ludhiana on March 2 this month.
