Sikh Delegation Meet With Modi To Invite Him To Guru Gobind Singh Ji’s Gurpurb

PATNA SAHIB, India—A Sikh delegation met with the PM of India, Narendra Modi today at Parliament House, to invite him to attend the 350th birth anniversary of Guru Gobind Singh Ji at the Takht Sri Harmandar Sahib, – Patna Sahib, during the first week of January 2017.
Modi expressed his readiness to attend and also added that he would ensure the central government would work with the Bihar State to develop a long term plans to benefit Patna Sahib city residents.
Amongst those attending were Avtar Makkar, Gen Sec of the Takht Prabandak Committee, Bhai Mohinder Singh Ahluwalia, head of the Guru Nanak Nishkam Sewak Jatha (GNNSJ), Inderjit Singh, head of GNNSJ India, and other dignitries.
