Tytler Booked for Unauthorized Use of India’s National Emblem

NEW DELHI—The Delhi police have registered an FIR against Congress leader Jagdish Tytler for the unauthorized use of India’s national emblem on his letterhead to give official impression to Police. Notably, the
DSGMC president S. Manjit Singh GK had lodged police complaint in this concern against Tytler on February 10 this year.

As per information availed by the DSGMC president S. Manjit Singh GK, an FIR No. 32/2018 has been registered against Tytler in the Kapashera Police station for violating the rule No. 10 of Indian state regarding the use of India’s National Emblem. “Tytler will be addressed two years of imprisonment and Rupees Five Thousand fine, when found guilty by the Court” GK added.
It is pertinent to note here that the rule 10 of State National of India states, “No person (including former functionaries of Government, like former Ministers, Former Members of Parliament), other than those authorised under these rules, shall use the emblem in any manner”.
It may be recalled here that the Congress leader Jagidsh Tytler had lodged complaint against S. Manjit Singh GK when he had made public the confessional videos of Jagdish Tytler. Tytler had lodged complaint on his letterhead with India’s national emblem printed on top which ultimately proved fatal for him. 
Jagdish Tytler is a key perpetrator of Sikh genocide committed by the Hindu majority in Delhi in November, 1984. Despite his confessional videos about murdering 100 Sikhs during the 1984-Sikh genocide, the Indian government has failed in bringing him to justice.
