A formula,  ‘A relief once, not as a practice always’…as under:Thanks
1.    An attempt can be made to sort out the existing CBSE paper leak/or to give relief to the affected students if we count 1000 or more students of high score record/ toppers and take 1000 or more average students and or failed students with average marks in earlier record in respective education institutions and then calculations be made on the basis of that average without reducing the marks of toppers irrespective of where paper leaked or paper not leaked.
2.    As a relief once, not as a practice always and if this formula is accepted provided it is suitable and feasible, viable, practical at  moment when the students under pressure, tension and agitating throughout India keeping in view the WhatsApp messages about leak of the papers two days in advance as reports coming in…
