SACRAMENTO, CA, USA—The fugitive who had taken refuge at the Guru Nanak Sat Sangat of California Gurdwara has now been arrested by the police. Sikh24 was told that the fugitive entered the Gurdwara around 10:20 AM in the morning. At that time, Gurdwara’s elevators were undergoing inspection. The person came inside and climbed the stairs. Sacramento police were called at once.

On August 5, 2012, a mass shooting took place at a Sikh gurdwara in Oak Creek, Wisconsin, where 40-year-old white supremacist named Wade Michael Page fatally shot six people and wounded four others.
