What, why and how all these questions to ‘’NHRC’ which is only advisory body nationally and similarly   ‘THE UN’ commissions etc internationally, otherwise having no power to look into and or to see the acceptance of “The Guidelines to Protect the Rights of the Dead” etc by the authorities??? Oh!
