Your paper seems to be a good effort however I am of the view that it is based on wrong 
information which is result of "Intellectual Suppression of Sikhs" and the main mechanism
 is that "Universities of East Punjab - The Organised Instrument of Our Intellectual 
Destruction".
"This is a case of naked interference in the religious affairs of the Sikhs with the 
intention to annihilate Sikhism.  This is a clear case of bankruptcy of Indian 
secularism". 
 Your observation is wrong. India is the best Secular country in the world. You need to
 understand the Philosophy and History behind Secularism. Secularism Does not mean 
Respect for all religions. But Secularism means that all religions must be demolished to
 form a single monolithic totalitarian state. 
For last 7000 years that's whats secularism has meant. Indira, Nehru, Gandhi were not 
the first seculars Indian Sub-Continent has. Before them we had Lakhpat Rai, Gangu, 
Chandu, Sheikh Ahmed Sirhadi.
The single mission that united Sheikh Ahmed Sirhadi's Students like Zakariya Khan and 
Farkuseyar with Lakhpat Rai was their common aim to Secularise Indian Sub-Continent 
under the central authority of 'Secualrism Being Coordinated in Arabic and Islamic 
Clothes' after the Death of Akbar and the main centre of this movement was Sheikh 
Sirhadi. . But principle was same. In modern History this task was handed over to Gandhi.
Also with respect to the constitution and legal jurisprudence I would request to atleast
check the history of Democracy. Democracy is not Government of the People For the people
 and by the people but is actually destruction of this very basic principle. 
 Did Baba Banda Singh Bahadur asked people to vote to decide how he should run the 
affairs of the Sirhind ?? 
Was Mob Rule instituted in Sirhind  ? 
Was it the Government of Principles ?

copy of this was burnt in 1984 by the cm of Punjab mr badal.
constitution review commission in year 2002 said mischief was done intentionally in 
clause[b] explanation 2 which denied independent status to these three religion of india.

 11 years has gone by it seems to us india gov don't give a shit to amend this. hindu 
rashtar india gov secular credentials are in the dust bin.so please sto shouting this BS.
