Mass Murderer Jagdish Tytler

NEW DELHI, India (March 27, 2015)—A local court has extended the date of hearing on CBI’s closure report in the case of 1984 Sikh genocide pending against Congress leader Jagdish Tytler to April 22.
Today, the hearing could not be possible as additional metropolitan magistrate Saurabh Partap Singh Laler was not present in the court. He is at Locknow (UP) for teaching purpose from March 20 to March 28.
Prior to this, the court had issued a notice to victim Lakhwinder Kaur who complained against the closure report, in regard of hearing which was slated for today. Lakhwinder Kaur’s husband Badal Singh was killed in cold blood during the genocide.
It is third time that the central investigation agency has given clean chit to Tytler who is one of the main accused of mass killing of Sikhs in Delhi and other parts of India.
