Respected Avinash Jha Pintu Ji, and Respected Nosheen Khan Ji, Your comments are not related with my subject matter or opinion on the Judgment on Babri Masjid, ‘Does the Judgment on Babri Masjid not More Political than Judicial’?
Respected Avinash Jha Pintu Ji,
You first apply your mind about my opinion, ‘‘Does the Judgment on Babri Masjid not More Political than Judicial’ Legally, socially and morally as a human in this liberal modern age keeping in mind as how to deal humanly with all.
Then only you are at liberty to comment against me more abusively than this “Balbir Singh, Guru Nanak Sahab Visited Ram Mandir in 1519 cited by Supreme Court. Don't talk nonsense read the judgement first”.
Respected Avinash Jha Pintu Ji: ‘Here is the difference between ‘Indian Brutal Majoritarianism’ and ‘Indian Minorities at the receiving end unjustly-with prejudice in the hands of people like you not all’.
Now, the rule of ‘Indian Brutal Majoritarianism’ as a secular state of India will start building “Ram Temple” at the disputed site-Babri Masjid on the order of Hon’ble Apex court as being reported.
Does it not mean logically, “‘‘Does the Judgment on Babri Masjid not More Political than Judicial” with due respect to the Hon’ble Judges, who passed the Judgment on Babri Masjid?
Thanks to all
With regards

Babri Masjid Case: SC bench cited Guru Nanak Sahib’s visit to Ayodhya for passing verdict in favor of Hindus
Posted: 09 Nov 2019 09:22 PM PSTNEW DELHI, India—In the Babri Masjid demolition case of Ayodhya, the Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) had told the Supreme Court of India that the mosque was constructed on pre-existing structure which was not Islamic. However, the ASI also didn’t say that this structure matched to Hindu architecture.
But the five member SC bench delivered its verdict in favor of Hindus by citing Guru Nanak Sahib’s visit to Aoydhya in 1510-11 while the Babri Masjid came into existence in 1528-29.
“Janma Sakhies, which have been brought on the record contains a description of visit of Guru Nanak ji to Ayodhya, where he had darshan of birthplace of Lord Ram. It is true that from the extracts of Janma Sakhies, which have been brought on the record, there is no material to identify the exact place of Ram Janma Bhumi but the visit of Guru Nanak ji to Ayodhya for darshan of Janma Bhumi of Ram is an event, which depicted that pilgrims were visiting Ayodhya and were having darshan of Janma Bhumi even before 1528 A.D. The visit of Guru Nanak ji in 1510-11 A.D. and to have darshan of Janma Bhumi of Lord Ram do support the faith and beliefs of the Hindus,” reads the point no. 71 of verdict’s addenda.
The Supreme Court of India has cited the statement of a Sikh witness Rajinder Singh, who stated before the Court that Guru Nanak Sahib had visited Ayodhya in 1510-11.
“Guru Nanak ji, after getting the appearance of God on the auspicious day, Bhadrapad Poornima, 1564-Vikrami = 1507 c.e. prepared him for going on pilgrimage. Then he went to Ayodhya via Delhi, Haridwar, Sultanpur etc. Almost 3-4 years have passed in this journey. Similarly, Guru Nanak Ji went on pilgrimage to see Shri Ram Janam Bhoomi Mandir in 1567-1568 Vikrami = 1510-11 Christian era. It is mentioned here that invader Babar has not invaded India by that time,” Rajinder Singh stated before the SC bench.
“I had studied a number of ancient books in the form of edited and published books about Sikh Cult and history which include “Aadhi Sakhies (1758 Vikrami 1701 Christian era), Puratan Janam Sakhi Guru Nanak DevJi Ki (1791 Vikrami = 1734 Christian era), creation of Bhai Mani Singh (Life-time 1701-1791 Vikrami 1644-1734 Christian era) “Pothi Janmsakhi: Gyan Ratnawali”, Bhai Bale Wali” (Shri Guru Nanak Ji) Janamsakhi” (1940-Vikrami = 1883 Christian era) creation of Sodhi ManoharDas Meharban (Life time 1637-1697 Vikrami = 1580-1640 Christian era) “Sachkhand Pothi:Janamsakhi Shri Guru Nanak ji, creation of Babu Sukhbasi Ram vedi (Eighth descendant of Shri Laxmi Chand younger son of Guru Nanak ji) “Guru Nanak Vansh Prakash (1886 Vikrami = 1829 Christian era), creation of Shri Tara Hari Narotam (Life-time 1879-1948 Vikrami = 1822-1891 Christian era) “Shri Guru Tirath Sangrahi” and famous creation of Gyani Gyan Sigh “Tawarikh Guru Khaira: Part-I (1948 Vikrami 1891 Christian era) etc. It is fully evident from the information gained from these books that disputed land is a birth place of Shri Ramchanderji and Guru Nanak Ji had sought the darshan of Shri Ram Janam Bhoomi Templeat Ayodhya it is also proved from these books that with the passage of time Shri Guru Teg Bahadur and his son Shri Guru Govind Singh have also sought the darshan of Shri Ram Janam Bhoomi Mandir at Ayodhya,” reads the statement of Rajinder Singh recorded by SC bench.

Janam Sakhi does illustrate Guru Nanak Sahib’s visit to Ayodhya but not to Ram Mandir, says Dr. Harpal Singh Pannu
Posted: 11 Nov 2019 06:26 AM PST
CHANDIGARH, Punjab—Although the Supreme Court of India has cited Guru Nanak Sahib’s visit to Ayodhya to favor the claims of Hindu community over the 2.77 acres disputed land of Babri Masjid but Sikh intellectuals don’t hold the same opinion as of Supreme Court’s judges. Notably, the Supreme Court judges have given reference to several Janam Sakhis to back their verdict in the favor of Hindus.
Speaking to Sikh24, Sikh intellectual Dr. Harpal Singh Pannu said that there is an illustration about Guru Nanak Sahib’s visit to Ayodhya in the Bhai Bale Wali Janam Sakhi but it has not been written anywhere that Guru Nanak Sahib went to Ram Mandir.
It is pertinent to note here that the authenticity of Bhai Bale Wali Janam Sakhi has always remained under questions and it has never been accepted by all the sections Sikh Panth.

Dr. Harpal Singh Pannu is currently serving as a Chair Professor of Guru Gobind Singh Chair at Central University Punjab (Bathinda).
Disagreeing with the lines written in the Supreme Court’s verdict that Guru Nanak Sahib went to Ayodhya to have darshan of Ram Janam Bhumi, he said that Guru Nanak Sahib also went to several prominent cities like Banaras, Kashi, Mecca etc. and everywhere he taught the humanity to get rid of superstitions.
