Try To Say Truth and Proceed Truthfully Get Posted Out
As Is The Case of MC Commissioner Jaskiran Singh Now.
Could there be any remedy and justice for the victims?
Observation By: Balbir Singh Sooch-Sikh Vichar Manch
A.     MC Commissioner Jaskiran Singh spoke truth  and desired  to proceed  truthfully and posted out. Why?
 (i)                What was that Truth, ‘The Factory owner Inderjit Singh Gola had admitted to storing hazardous chemicals inside the factory?  “As per our records, the building was illegal. Any official, serving or retired, who allowed the building to come up, will have to face the music?
(ii)               “We will be launching a survey of unsafe and illegal buildings, which will be completed in 15 days,” he said, adding that he would write to the DC to recover the expenses incurred on the rescue operation from the factory owner”. MC Commissioner Jaskiran Singh said.
 B.     Who could be next target to be posted out? ‘Assistant Town Planner (Headquarters) SS Bindra’: Why?
 (i)                 Now next target may be ‘Assistant Town Planner (Headquarters) SS Bindra’ who said: “We will write to the higher authorities, seeking permission to carry out a survey of factories running in residential areas. However, no such survey has been done so far” provided ‘Assistant Town Planner (Headquarters) SS Bindra’ tried to do and act truthfully according to his true disclosure that…. However, no such survey has been done so far? C.      Who can be said to be actually involved, “Nexus between the influential factory/industry owners and corrupt officials, political patronage, nepotism” as observed, experienced and reported also?
D.     Where is pointer as to who is actually involved directly and indirectly under the following avoidable circumstances”?
 1.      The Army Team Had Left The Rescue Operation Hurriedly:  Why?
2.      When ‘Rescue operations had to be halted repeatedly because of presence of iron rods, flames and other factors’
 1.      “The Army Team Was Asked-Ordered To Leave The Rescue Operation Hurriedly: Why?
2.      Were the ‘Tardy-delayed implementation of laws, nexus between the influential factory/industry owners and corrupt officials, political patronage, nepotism, lack of clear policies, outdated rules that have failed to keep pace with the changing scenario, are, in some measure, responsible for incidents like the Suffian Chowk fire tragedy’ to hide from Indian Army etc from bottom to top, that’s why ‘The Army Team Was Asked-Ordered To Leave The Rescue Operation Hurriedly?
3.      Are ‘Tardy-delayed implementation of laws, nexus between the influential factory/industry owners and corrupt officials, political patronage, nepotism, lack of clear policies, outdated rules that have failed to keep pace with the changing scenario including in other fields not prevalent-common, widespread throughout India? ”?
4.       And since when did the problems, ‘Tardy-delayed implementation of laws, nexus between the influential factory/industry owners and corrupt officials, political patronage, nepotism, lack of clear policies, outdated rules that have failed to keep pace with the changing scenario including in other fields not prevalent-common, widespread throughout India’ arise”? Balbir Singh Sooch arises the questions.
Or
5.      “Was ‘The Army Team’- The Army Team Left The Rescue Operation ’as the rescue operation at a factory collapse site at Ludhiana was difficult’, ought to have been exposed in ‘RESIDENTIAL AREA, LUDHIANA”? An opinion by Balbir Singh Sooch as expressed earlier also.
In view of the above, could there be any remedy and justice for the victims?
