By: Balbir Singh Sooch-Sikh Vichar Manch
1.   In face of  the allegations of unidentified people trying to whisk away voting machines from strongrooms across Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Punjab and Haryana.  Several videos purportedly showing such activities had also cropped up earlier on Tuesday, May 21, 2019 after which former President Pranab Mukherjee also expressed his concerns in this regard”. Who could be blamed for Inciting of ‘Heavy Violence on Poll Counting Day’?
2.   Who shall be blamed for inciting of heavy violence on poll counting day “in the backdrop of entire opposition raising doubts over impeccability of Electronic Voting machines (EVMs) and reports and video clips surfacing on social media about unauthorised transportation EVMs in several districts of Uttar Pradesh and other parts of the country. The Election Commission, however, has so far dismissed the allegations by claiming that all used machines in the elections “are safe and secure” : New Delhi: MHA alerts states on 'possible eruption of violence' ahead of counting: Last updated: May 22, 2019, 5:56 PM (IST): Tribune News Service: Chandigarh
3.   ‘Are the alerts by “Ministry of Home Affairs alerts the State Chief Secretaries & DGPs regarding possibility of eruption of violence in different parts of the country in connection with the counting of votes tomorrow? MHA asks States and UTs to maintain law & order, peace & public tranquility: ANI”;
4.   Only to shift the onus of the heavy violence on opposition despite ‘the impeccability of Electronic Voting machines (EVMs) and reports and video clips surfacing on social media about unauthorised transportation EVMs in several districts of Uttar Pradesh and other parts of the country’?
5.   And also “in face of the allegations of unidentified people trying to whisk away voting machines from strongrooms across Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Punjab and Haryana.  Several videos purportedly showing such activities had also cropped up earlier on Tuesday, May 21, 2019 after which former President Pranab Mukherjee also expressed his concerns in this regard”.
6.   “Lok Sabha Election 2019: "Blood Will Flow": Upendra Kushwaha (Upendra Kushwaha, a former Union Minister in the Narendra Modi government and now a part of the opposition alliance in Bihar) Warns NDA Against Trying To "Loot Votes"
7.   The grand alliance leader said that safeguarding one's vote was just as important as self-defence, and people should be allowed to take up arms if need be.
8.   Rashtriya Lok Samta Party (RLSP) leader Upendra Kushwaha on Tuesday warned of violent reprisals from the public if the ruling BJP and its allies try to manipulate voting machines in their favour in the run-up to the counting day on May 23, 2019.
9.   Upendra Kushwaha, a former Union Minister in the Narendra Modi government and now a part of the opposition alliance in Bihar, made this statement at a press conference held in Patna amid allegations of unidentified people trying to whisk away voting machines from strongrooms across Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Punjab and Haryana. Several videos purportedly showing such activities had also cropped up earlier on Tuesday, after which former President Pranab Mukherjee also expressed his concerns in this regard.
10.  "Vehicles have been caught taking away EVMs, but the authorities seem to have no explanation for this. The people are feeling troubled by such incidents. They will not remain quiet, and neither will the leaders in the mahagathbandhan," he said at the event, which was also attended by Rashtriya Janata Dal state president Ramchandra Purve, state Congress chief Madan Mohan Jha and other leaders of the opposition alliance.
11.  The RLSP leader went on to assert that safeguarding one's vote is just as important as self-defence. "Our vote comes right up there with our prestige, our livelihoods... Just as we are allowed the right to self-defence, even to the extent of taking up arms to safeguard our lives, we are allowed to do the same for our votes," he said.
12.  Any attempt by the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) to "loot votes" would result in tremendous public anger and blood spilling onto the streets, news agency PTI quoted him as saying.
13.  Upendra Kushwaha also dismissed the exit polls predictions released on Sunday, May 19, 2019 terming them as an attempt to demoralise opposition cadre so that the "rigged results" can be justified later. "We toured the entire state during the elections, and it can be said without hesitation that we will win most of the seats here. Such has been the public response in favour of the mahagathbandhan," he said, adding that keeping round-the-clock vigil at counting centres was of utmost importance because they were dealing with a political entity "without any scruples".
14.  A delegation of opposition parties that met the Election Commission on Tuesday, May 21, 2019 had also raised concerns over the "illegal shifting" of voting machines in the four states, claiming that it only confirms their allegations of tampering. The poll body, however, maintained that such "movement" of voting machines was routine”. All India | Edited by Jimmy Jacob (with inputs from Agencies) | Updated: May 22, 2019 14:13 IST: NDTV
15.  “Though the MHA did not clarify the last bit of ‘calls given and statements made in various quarters for inciting violence and causing disruption on the day of counting of votes…’, recently Rashtriya Lok Samata Party leader Upendra Kushwaha threatened his political opponents with bloodshed if they attempted to tamper with the results of Lok Sabha elections.
16.  Addressing a press conference in Patna, Kushwaha had said, “If anyone tried to tamper with the results, then there will be bloodshed.”
17.  Then, Union minister Ram Vilas Paswan on Tuesday said, “Dekhiye, PM ne kuch nahi kiya hai. Prastav me bhi kuch nahi hai. Lekin humlog…ye (Rajnath) bhi kuch nahi kahenge…Lekin hum kahna chahte hain tit for tat hoga…samajh gaye na…(see, PM has not done anything. There is nothing in the resolution. But we…he (Rajnath) will not even say…but I want to say…there will be a tit for tat… understand.” Paswan said this as home minister Rajnath Singh stood next to him”. India. com
18.  “इस बार के लोकसभा चुनाव में सबसे अधिक चर्चा हुई पश्चिम बंगाल की, लेकिन अच्छी नहीं, बल्कि गलत वजहों से। पश्चिम बंगाल में हर चरण के चुनाव में हिंसा हुई। ऐसा नहीं है कि वहां सेना के जवानों की तैनाती नहीं की गई थी, लेकिन बावजूद इसके हिंसा जमकर हुई।“ India TV Hindi Desk: Updated on: May 22, 2019 18:06 IST
19.  In view of the above, did similarly Ministry of Home Affairs alerts always shift  the onus of any heavy violence to the State Chief Secretaries & DGPs and regarding possibility of eruption of violence in different parts of the country for innocent killings in India after the provocation by all lawlessness means through the central agencies etc solely for the political reasons best known to the ‘Ministry of Home Affairs of India’ as are always the alerts and case now?
20.  Hence submission and it is being prayed to prevent ‘The Endless Political Anarchy-disorder and any kind of Injustice in India’ adequately, meaningfully, effectively and honestly. THANKS
