India is only run financially and or economically by a centralized-unitary- ‘A unitary state is a state governed as a single entity in which the central government is ultimately supreme’ system.
India is ruled under the Unitary Form of System allowed by the constitution of India and “Federal System” is remained only propaganda to benefit the ‘BROKERS’ of states in India so far. Isn’t?
India”: Is India Run by “Federal System”? Answer Has To Be Big ‘NO’. In fact, India is purely run by the centre under the system of “Unitary Form of There is no word written specifically like “Federal” in the Constitution of IndGovernment of India”
It seems word “Federal” is created to allow corruption in States or to benefit the brokers, who are permanent and never change after the change of governments in the centre as well as in states.
With the result of this ‘double standard’, the corruption allowed unchecked in States to benefit the brokers, let the brokers be state actors or non-state actors, and, the gap between the rich and poor widened day by day in India.
Sometime, the non-state actors are more powerful than the state actors as the state actors are dependent on the non-state actors for getting benefit by the corrupt means.
Is India Run By “Federal System”? Answer Has To Be Big ‘NO’. Thus onus of Problems can’t be shifted on Indian States in any manner as India is purely run by the “Unitary Form Of Government of India”
What about talking of Governor’s role, he is also of PM Modi’s agent as of Centre: Isn’t?
As already said, “There is no world like “Federal” in the Constitution of India.”What is State legislature? For falsely projecting, as country is run by “Federal System”.

The system is always being addressed wrongly and incorrectly as “Federal”, meaning thereby de-centralized-Two Rotating Circles or wheels independently, “The States and The centre” independently as said to be and always wrongly- incorrectly being projected through so-called intellectuals and law-makers that the states, having their own independence and the centre has no interference in the States of India.
Under the changed prevailing circumstances, it seems the central leadership is in position and surrounded by the most rich ‘BROKERS...’ who are in position to grab the land of poor farmers through the farm laws, got enacted at the instance of the most rich ‘BROKERS...’ for their benefit only.
The majority of farmers would be turned into as labourers in a few years ahead under the farms laws arbitrarily enacted by the brutal majority in the parliament of India.
The courts have no remedy to it under the unitary system allowed by the constitution of India.
By the farm laws, it looks illegality is not being removed, but to continue vigorously, and, the system of irregularity is being changed on the bigger scale at the instance of the most rich ‘BROKERS...’ who are in position to grab the land anytime of poor farmers through the farm laws.
