Our PM Narendra Damodardas Modi clarified repeatedly that the farmer laws scheme was being discussed since two decades, but he only implemented the farmer laws scheme with constitutional grantee under the three farm laws after ignoring the demands of farmers and at the same time without agreeing for the constitutional guarantee for ‘Implementation of the ‘Minimum Support Price (MSP) in totality as demanded by the farmer in context with the MSP?
Further, BJP tell an lie openly that the ‘Minimum Support Price (MSP) is kept untouched in the three farmer laws and the government is ready to give in writing as an administrative- executive, clerical order that the ‘Minimum Support Price (MSP) to continue and remain as it intact.
The ‘Minimum Support Price (MSP) without the constitutional guarantee unless there is law for ‘Implementation of the ‘Minimum Support Price (MSP) for purchasing by the government within the stipulated time frame period for all crops permanently is only conditional provided or till our Modi is PM.
As the BJP leaders in connivance with Looters shamelessly do say that our administrative- executive, clerical order in writing about the ‘Minimum Support Price (MSP) to continue and remain as it intact provided or till our Modi is PM.
What a funny administrative- executive, clerical guarantee about the ‘Minimum Support Price (MSP) to continue and remain as it intact to befool the farmers during the talks with them?
In the internet and computer age, old contracting between the farmers cannot be equated with the contracting under the farm laws. In the old contracting prevailed or prevailing, where the physical possession i.e. Khasra Girdawari in revenue record and the receipt of produce sold used to be always in the name of real-original owner and in that old contracting and so far in present contracting.
Earlier, the contractors of the farmers were never shown as tenants and same could never be possible in the internet and computer age under the three laws enacted and farmers have to say goodbye to their lands under the tenancy Act also.
Do ‘The Dummy Leadership-Politicians Actually Looters’ who are silent partners of ‘Traders and Corporates’ would ever able and or with farmers to protect them from rich and powerful tenants-contractors-‘Traders and Corporates’?
What to talk of administrative authorities, even the courts have no power or not so powerful to end and or pass eviction order against the tenancy between the contractors-‘Traders and Corporates’ and the poor farmers, who have no capacity, ability and sources to face the contractors-‘Traders and Corporates’ in any manner in view the three farm unconstitutional laws, only to say goodbye to their land after some time or years without any profitable return from rich and powerful tenants-contractors-‘Traders and Corporates’?
Some shameless and not prudish –intolerantly narrow minded among the ‘Dummy Leadership-Politicians Actually Looters’ heard saying that those are not farmers now and landless, they have no right to participate in farmer protest and such shameless do forget under the intoxication of their richness and political power and flying like sparrows while remaining under the shadow and protected by the police forces.
It is worth to educate and remind to such shameless and not prudish –intolerantly narrow minded among ‘Dummy Leadership-Politicians Actually Looters’ that ‘Those can explain much better now whose background was from farmer families from villages and after becoming landless and lost their small pieces cultivated land for any reasons and shifted to cities for their livelihood, but were not educated at all or were not much educated to get any kind of service and their option was and remained only to work as labourours, but now situation is more serious and worst than earlier, even difficult to find a labourour job in cities in India’. It is also worth to refresh their memory that the mostly the forces are sons of farmers and or dependent on grains like the whole world produced by the farmers now sitting in the farmer protest in severe cold in winter and are facing cruelty and similar deaths like Mata Gujri Ji with her youngest grandsons, Sahibzada Zorawar Singh ji & Fateh Singh ji, who attained martyrdom at the ages of 6, 9 in the cruel hands of tyranny Wazir Khan (Sirhind).
