1.  Sikh Referendum 2020 Is ‘The New Slogan for Punjab’: Sikh Vichar Manch may be wrong  to say so that Sikh Vichar  Manch suspects Sikhs for Justice (SFJ), Captain Amarinder Singh,  Chief Minister of Punjab and Leader of Opposition Sukhpal Singh Khaira etc connecting themselves and raising their high pitch for and against the demand of Sikh Referendum 2020, that’s ‘The New Slogan for Punjab’
2.  It seems like a conspiracy and leading questions to the leaders of AAM AADMI PARTY (AAP) in order to politically harm to AAM AADMI PARTY (AAP) in 2019 Polls in India especially in Punjab for the  advantage of Congress and Akali Dal and for the disadvantage of AAM AADMI PARTY (AAP) in 2019 Polls.
3.  Once Captain Amarinder singh was served With Canadian “Defamation Lawsuit” Notice by Sikhs For Justice" (SFJ) for ‘ISI-link Remark. Then,  Balbir Singh Sooch observed as under:

4.  Respected All: “Will the Notice not prove like hands in gloves for glorifying each other on such occasions as experienced in such similar cases earlier without any adequate, meaningful and effective results?  Or  Are there some other ulterior and or otherwise motives and related activities attached behind to that effect like for earning by foul means etc after filing such cases and serving notices ineffectively always?
5.  The Sikh Vichar Manch wishes that filing such cases and serving notices should not prove some only agency work….at any stage causing for the repentance of Sikhs hereafter abroad also”. 6.  Today, I heard  the hot TV debate on the subject, ‘Sikh Referendum-2020’ but senior journalist Satinder Singh Bains quite reasonably and impartially did put  his view points on the subject: Sikh Referendum-2020 that  such issue-demands can be possible under the constitutions of the countries abroad, but not possible here so far as we-Sikhs are bound to move for raising such demands  along with other states in India till such situation prevails in India under the constitution of India.
7.  The senior journalist Satinder Singh Bains further stressed quite reasonably that Sikhs are Leaderless, after Akali Dal joined  BJP and they (Sikhs) have no political platform of their own and similarly no independent  demands of Sikhs in India hereafter.  That’s such demands like ‘Sikh Referendum-2020’ being raised from outside. As  senior journalist Satinder Singh Bains said categorically that presently in the context Sikhs have no such demand (s) in India. Under the circumstances,  the questions of condemning and supporting do not arise at  all by us.
8.  In the light of viewpoints of senior journalist Satinder Singh Bains was proving as a helping hand for the  leader of AAM AADMI PARTY (AAP)  participated  in the TV  debate on the issue of Sikh Referendum-2020,  which adjudged by me, Balbir Singh Sooch-Sikh Vichar Manch as issue ‘Sikh Referendum-2020’ raised with so  high pitch to corner the AAM AADMI PARTY (AAP)  in 2019 Polls only at the instance of  Congress  and  Akali Dal jointly. The  rest was planned drama politically.
9.  Somebody  can question to Sikh  Vichar Manch’s also on the subject in addition to the above, as already categorically  said and wrote long back that  ‘Sikhs Can’t Be Anti-India Or None Else-- By Balbir Singh Sooch’.

10.  In views of the above all, the Sikhs especially the AAM AADMI PARTY (AAP) has to be  more cautious and suspicious while indulging or trapping themselves in debates on such issues as Congress  and  Akali Dal  are  jointly playing in active connivance with defectors or from  within the AAM AADMI PARTY (AAP) to corner it in 20 19 Polls especially  in Punjab.
