“Do not harbor evil intentions against others in your mind, And you shall not be troubled, O Siblings of Destiny, O friends. ||3||
ਪਰ ਕਾ ਬੁਰਾ ਨ ਰਾਖਹੁ ਚੀਤ ॥
ਤੁਮ ਕਉ ਦੁਖੁ ਨਹੀ ਭਾਈ ਮੀਤ ॥੩॥
ਅਰਥ : ਹੇ ਵੀਰ! ਹੇ ਮਿੱਤਰ! ਕਦੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਦਾ ਬੁਰਾ ਨਾਹ ਚਿਤਵਿਆ ਕਰੋ ਕਦੇ ਮਨ ਵਿਚ ਇਹ ਇੱਛਾ ਪੈਦਾ ਨਾਹ ਹੋਣ ਦਿਓ ਕਿ ਕਿਸੇ ਦਾ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਹੋਵੇ । ਇਸ ਦਾ ਸਿੱਟਾ ਇਹ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ਕਿ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਭੀ ਕੋਈ ਦੁੱਖ ਨਹੀਂ ਪੋਹ ਸਕੇਗਾ ।੩।
Hey brother! Hey my friend! Don't think bad about anyone, don't let the desire to harm someone. The conclusion will be that no one can hurt you too. 3” (Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji, Ang-386)
