WHO ARE RESPONSIBLE TO "DIVIDE AND WEAKEN THE SIKHS"?
SIKHS TO DECIDE AND ANSWER!
By Balbir Singh Sooch-Sikh Vichar Manch

Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda announced to set up separate Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee (SGPC) for Haryana and to introduce bill in assembly on July 11, 2014

Whether the Akali Dal and the BJP combine, the Congress, S. Simranjit Singh Mann, some individuals like Sarna, Sarna group, Captain Amarinder Singh and other individuals, among the surrendered so-called radical groups of Sikh organizations and non-Sikhs are responsible to "divide and weaken the Sikhs"? Sikhs to decide and answer!
Though, the move was being said strongly opposed by the Amritsar-based Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee (SGPC), the Mini-Parliament of Sikh religious affairs, which currently controls Gurdwaras across Punjab, Haryana and Himachal Pradesh.

If the Sikh Vichar Manch, the move seems to part of the politics with the active connivance of the Akali Dal and the BJP combine through the Indian secret intelligence agencies under some special deal with the Akali Dal (Badal) and the rest all is politics like the move said strongly opposed by the Amritsar-based Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee (SGPC.

Will to ‘bowing to the demand of Sikh leadership from the state, Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda Sunday, July 6, 2014 announced that a separate Sikh body would be set up to run the affairs of Gurdwaras (Sikh shrines) in Haryana’ take the shape of some kind of violent agitation in a planned manner in order to further "divide and weaken the Sikhs" on large scale at the instance of the Indian secret intelligence agencies, usually as a practice the Akali Dal and similar others were being used in such Sikh affairs widely so far?

Now, to shape the some kind of violent agitation in a planned manner in order to further "divide and weaken the Sikhs", it is being said provokingly by CM Parkash Singh Badal, as experienced in the past also, under the garb of that any such move will be “directly challenging” Akal Takht – the Supreme Temporal body of the community and that Haryana’s move on separate SGPC, which would be “disastrous”.

So far as, I recollect, since long, it was the plan of the central government of India to permanently abolish the Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee (SGPC), Amritsar and to hand over to an administrator to control the Gurdwaras (Sikh shrines) by the central government of India directly.

And such attempt was made immediately after the Army Attack (known as operation blue star) and one veteran, simple and true Sikh Sardar Mohinder Singh remained active in SGPC as an prominent personality for year, s so far as, I recollect his name, met me at PAU, Ludhiana long back and narrated the tale that he was immediately called/summoned after the Army Attack to Amritsar and take over the Gurdwaras (Sikh shrines) as an administrator.

But, Sardar Mohinder Singh as then he said to me that he flatly refused to be party to the sin, in abolishing the Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee (SGPC), Amritsar in the manner, and, the plan was postponed or abandoned. Now it was also reported that the acceptance of the demand was part of the congress manifesto-2005.

From the extract from ‘Text of K.P.S. Gill's letter to Prime Minister I.K. Gujral on the death of Ajit Singh Sandhu’ as under, NOW HOW AND WHAT TO CONCLUDE THAT WHO IS WHO is difficult and the hired Sikh intellectuals within and outside are not exception to it?

“A Constitutional Commission should be set up!!!

1.     I am writing to you on my return to Delhi from the funeral   of SSP A.S. Sandhu.

2.      The real question is whether a strategy of State Terrorism was adopted by the police; and the answer is unequivocally in the negative.

3.     The police strategy (inhuman 'National Policy and Strategy') against terrorists gave the latter four options. The first three were conventional measures of response: the possibilities of arrest* (meaning: take into custody, capture, detain, catch, take in for questioning, pick up etc), flight** (meaning: trip, journey, voyage, passage, crossing, go in a boat, travel by water, air travel, put out to sea etc to abroad), or armed*** (Meaning: fortified, carrying weapon, equipped, prepared etc) engagement. The fourth option was offered in the later phases of the campaign. The terrorists were told that, if they chose surrender**** (meaning: lay down your arms, admit defeat, submit, yield, give in, give up etc), they would be welcomed and embraced with warmth. At first all surrenders took place in my presence and in some cases in the presence of the then Chief Minister. But after a while the deluge became difficult to handle, and SSPs were authorised to accept surrenders. The largest numbers of surrenders were before SSP A.S. Sandhu. And yet, he was a "blood thirsty man"!

CATEGORIES OF TERRORISTS AND THE OFFICERS IN ALL BRANCHES OF GOVERNMENT AND ADMINISTRATION INVOLVED IN THE INHUMAN ‘NATIONAL POLICY AND STRATEGY’ MUST BE IDENTIFIED BY A CONSTITUTIONAL COMMISSION FOR FACING JUSTICE

*Arrest meaning: take into custody, capture, detain, catch, take in for questioning, pick up etc

**Flight meaning: trip, journey, voyage, passage, crossing, go in a boat, travel by water, air travel, put out to sea etc to abroad

***Armed Meaning: fortified, carrying weapon, equipped, prepared

****Surrender meaning: lay down your arms, admit defeat, submit, yield, give in, give up etc

The Sikhs and others who were picked up spontaneously, unplanned manner surprisingly and later on killed, eliminated, liquidated, shown disappeared etc all including the given categories (the Punjab police not only used “cats but also rats, bats, camels and the ilk…..”) according to police are required to be identified by a 'Constitutional Commission' for facing justice and similar is the demand of former DGP K.P.S. GILL who clearly says that no government shall agree and allow to come out truth about the strategy of State Terrorism.

NOW HOW AND WHAT TO CONCLUDE THAT WHO IS WHO? ”

With what face, now the Akali Dal (Badal) can call him and his party, controlling SGPC as party of religious Sikhs in view of the following and such reports?
