*IN RE; THE SUPREME COURT IS A WORRIED INSTITUTION TODAY AS IT FINDS MUCH TO ITS DISMAY THAT ITS WRIT DOES NOT RUN OVER SOME OF THE HIGH COURTS:.*
*It seems that it is one of the issues between Hon'ble SC of India Vs Hon'ble High Courts of India. *
*They (Hon'ble SC of India and Hon'ble High Courts) know better answer than anybody else, for the reasons as to why such situations arising always?*
*Was Hon'ble SC of India not pointing out some kind of interference in judiciary directly and or indirectly at the instance of the central government of India or is the money power not always influencing partially the judiciary of India?*
*The correct and true answer can't be found with certainty in the present system of India. Isn't?*
*Anyhow, it is only the question mark on the independent judiciary of India???*
*And, it is definitely worrisome for the common people of India.*
