*HYDERABAD:  Former army chief and Union Minister of State for External Affairs, General VK Singh, today asserted that one-rank one-pension (OROP) scheme would certainly be implemented.*
*"The Prime Minister has made a promise regarding OROP. It would be implemented. There was some delay because calculations are going on.
Therefore it is taking time. Let's not lose heart. I have full faith in the Prime Minister. It would be implemented exactly as wanted by the retired Armymen," General Singh said.*
