V K SINGH- AS THE 24TH CHIEF OF ARMY STAFF: General Vijay Kumar Singh, PVSM, AVSM, YSM,ADC (born 10 May 1951) is an Indian politician and a retired four star general in the Indian Army as served as the 24th Chief of Army Staff of the Indian Army from 2010 to 2012, now in politics,, looks worst than a slave and even an unworthy soldier in order to please someone, he is supposed to be knowing his masters in the context by uttering like his 'dog' analogy after two Dalit children were burnt alive in Haryana few months back.V K SINGH- AS THE 24TH CHIEF OF ARMY STAFF Promised always to stand in support of ‘One Rank, One Pension’ and get this since long standing demand fulfilled in totality, but now he betrayed all serving Officers, soldiers and Ex-servicemen of all Ranks, only for fulfilling his own selfish ends.
His 'dog' analogy in the context as reported is very deplorable and must be condemned by all and he seems to be from a mean mentality class
